The partners of the Watershift association on the subject of irrigation Decision Support Tools (DST) met up last thursday in the french applied research station Sudexpé. This was a time to solidify the partnership for the coming years and to discuss the experimentation that took place this summer.
This experimentation showed that it is in fact possible to manage apple orchard irrigation thanks to satellite and weather data. It is a promising result that will be used to concieve and develop the irrigation DST carried by the Watershift association
